Tml is a public holidays for all the third yr nursing students.We get an extra holiday on next mon coz of hari raya puasa,haha.I feel so good to have one more day rest esp i don have a rest properly for a long time. My weekends also are my busy days, everyday i'm busy with attachment stuffs and so on. Sometime i am wondering why ppl likes us are so busy. We have no enough time to finish the workload!Now our Cf also stress us a lot. And he suddenly seem likes very strict... But we do have try our best to improve the skills.. May be we are not still good enough. May be he expect us to be a real staff nurse, likes we are ready to be a sn and we can handle everything w/o depend other ppl to help us. May be he is right,may be he just wanna us to be the best sn before the PRCP. Oh man, sometime i really don wanna think about this problem.. It make me have headache! Ppl have to be serious in work when become older. Everything of our job is to take care the patient and the patient's life is on our hand. Everything we must do the right way and no way we can do the wrong thing esp doing something that will affect the patient's life. When we begin work in society, everything we must do it correctly and fast. We can't escape the cruel reality but we must do it! It's not easy to earn money as it may make u feel stress of the job. Everything has the difficulty. But just depend on us how to handle it. NO way we still can just say "we don know abt it", we have to know everything and we must get the answer if there's unclear question. Other ppl around us think that nursing job is easy, they actually don know that nursing job is the top third of most stressful job in the world! Although we are not pharmacologic trainer, we have to know every drug that we serve to the patient. Be frankly, we really have to study hard about the drugs. Btw, we also have to give patient teaching to them likes why they need to do a blood test, why they need to take PEG before the coloscopy,wat is the side effect and the use of the drugs that they taken, why give them the IV infusion ... And something hapend to patient, all the blames will be point to the nurses. No one will say that it's other health care ppl's fault. Being a nurse, must have critical thinking, good theory regarding the disease and illness, act fast and do correctly, make ur mind calm when all the work still haven't finish yet, good pharmacology,be responsibility, able to work overtime if there's some work still haven't finish yet, know how to handle difficult situation and don think the work thing anymore after working(or else u will burst out one day...)
